This place is in a great spot, right next to the airport, downtown, and the old city wall, so you're really close to everything. My stay here was enjoyable from start to finish. the staff were super friendly and welcoming all the time. 😊

The room we stayed in at the hotel was fine. The moment we walked in, we fell in love with the beautiful decor and cleanliness. My partner couldn't help but exclaim, I wish we could take this room home with us! The breakfast at the rooftop eatery was a good experience, with a multi-course meal served at our table. From fresh squeezed orange juice to a delicious omelet, the food was superb. The location of the hotel was also perfect, being right down the street from the theater and across from the castle. We were able to explore the city easily and enjoy the many cafes nearby. The staff was friendly and cute, adding to the overall wonderful experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

I chose to visit the Mosque Pasha in Elbasan, and the location of Monarch hotel was ideal for that. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the free parking facility, which was convenient for exploring other nearby landmarks. The elegant bar with its quiet and family atmosphere made for a delightful place to enjoy a wide range of drinks and cocktails at any time.

We stayed at a tiny hotel in a great location downtown. It was a handful of rooms on the second floor of a building. the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the manager/owner. They even took us to get scratches removed from our hire car, at no charge. the rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with a complimentary minibar. the rooftop terrace had a nice view and the breakfast at the rooftop eatery was superb. We enjoyed the freshly made juice, espresso, and perfectly cooked omelet. The hotel also had secure parking and it was an easy walk to the city center for bars and nightlife. Cons: Everything was spot on! 👌.

The manager went above and beyond by fixing our car scratches for free. The spacious relaxation/bar/breakfast areas and rooftop terrace with sliding roof were impressive. The staff was extremely friendly and helped with ironing, late breakfast, and transportation. The rooms were comfortable and had a nice dandy style. The rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff even did our laundry without being asked. The staff spoke good English and the rooftop bar/restaurant was great. The room was modern and had fast Wi-Fi. They accepted Euro payments.

The bed was large and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. it was a delightful stay and I would recommend it to anyone passing through.

Elegant bar with a quiet and family atmosphere. One evening, I decided to unwind at the hotel's elegant bar. The atmosphere was so serene, it felt like stepping into a peaceful oasis. Sipping on a delicious cocktail, I couldn't help but imagine myself in a classic black and white movie, gracefully dancing with the stars.

Staff overcharged by 5€. Unfortunately, there was a slight hiccup during my stay when the staff mistakenly charged me 5€ extra.
